We will discuss your interest in meeting with me so that I can create a personalized practice that suits your individual needs. We will meditate a couple of times so that I can get feedback to further personalize the instruction. Anyone can meditate, but finding a way to make it your own practice will make you more successful.
The recommended number of sessions is based on each client and what he or she is looking to accomplish. Clients benefit most when they commit to 3-4 sessions, although some clients schedule sessions weekly or bi-weekly.
I offer a virtual group class on the first Wednesday of the month. Beginners are welcome!
I offer mindfulness instruction to adult clients.
