Virtual Private Sessions

I offer mindfulness meditation instruction virtually through Zoom, FaceTime – or a simple audio call. So, no matter where you are, you can take advantage of personalized instruction and receive advice on how to start a meditation practice or get support for an ongoing practice. Sessions can be arranged around your schedule and are offered for 30 minutes or 60 minutes.

Virtual Group Mindfulness Practice

Once a month in collaboration with the Art of Mindfulness, I guide a 30 minute mid-day group mindfulness session. This is a great way to have a live, guided experience. Beginners are welcome. No experience is necessary.
